“The Dynamics of Lexical Innovation: Data, Methods, Models” workshop, Munich, Germany, June 28-30, 2017

A workshop entitled “The Dynamics of Lexical Innovation: Data, Methods, Models” has been scheduled for the 28th to the 30th of June 2017 in Munich, Germany.  The purpose of the workshop is to offer lexicography experts a scientific forum for cooperatively investigating the ways in which lexical innovations diffuse speech communities via usage domains and media.  In particular, the focus will be placed on the challenges involved in the theoretical and computational models of lexical innovation and diffusion processes.
